Complete implementation of Lightspeed (menu configuration, devices, K-Series integrations). We provide the entire journey: analysis, design, go-live, and follow-up.
Support & SLA
We offer dedicated support packages (e.g., Lightspeed K-Series Email Support with 24/48h SLA; support plans for 1–5 locations with extended hours). Services include go-live assistance, fiscal printer configuration, ticketing, and interventions for blocking ePOS errors.
Network & Infrastructure
Technical SOPs for dedicated network configuration. We provide guidelines and support even when IT is managed by third parties to avoid IP conflicts, latency, and disconnections.
Training & Onboarding
Training programmes for staff and know-how transfer so that the client gains operational autonomy; when required, we remain the operational and technical support in the field.
Fiscal Services & Hardware
Support for fiscal printer configuration and compliance; supply/management of terminals, routers, and EPOS devices (configured according to NO RIVAL standards). Deployment documentation and standard credentials for ease of management.

NO RIVAL manages the operational relationship with clients (onboarding, first-level support, ticketing), but maintains transparency on who delivers specific services (e.g., payment provider). This means the client doesn't have to deal with complex organisations: we provide them with a complete solution and a single point of contact.

Dedicated Partner Channel
For each partner (e.g., payment provider, reseller) we activate a direct channel: we route requests and handle most cases independently; for advanced cases, we activate the provider/supplier. This accelerates resolutions and maintains clarity for the client.

We work directly with Lightspeed headquarters (certification and shared processes), and we are able to represent solutions for the entire Italian ecosystem.
